01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F.
02 - Arrange sausages and bacon on a parchment-lined baking tray. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping once, until fully cooked and golden brown.
03 - While meats cook, melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté mushrooms for 5-7 minutes until tender and golden. Transfer to a plate and keep warm.
04 - Place tomato halves, cut-side down, in the same skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes until lightly caramelized. Remove and keep warm.
05 - Gently warm baked beans in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated.
06 - Toast bread slices until golden brown.
07 - In a clean skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium-low heat. Fry eggs to your desired doneness (sunny-side up or over easy). Season with salt and pepper.
08 - Arrange all prepared components on warm plates: sausages, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, baked beans, and toast. Serve immediately.
