03 - Spread the coated seeds in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Roast seeds for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden and crisp.
05 - Allow seeds to cool completely before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
