# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • Perfect way to use up leftover pizza toppings or random tortillas from the back of the pantry
  • The air fryer gives them this incredible crunch that restaurants charge extra for
  • Kids go crazy for these and they are so much cleaner to eat than traditional pizza
02 -
  • Overfilling seems tempting but these will burst during cooking, keep ingredients centered and do not go past the edges
  • Let them rest for 3 minutes after cooking or the filling will burn your mouth and ooze out when you cut them
03 -
  • Place burritos seam side down and do not flip until they have set, this keeps them sealed
  • Use a pizza cutter to slice them diagonally, the filling stays put better than with a knife
