# How to Prepare:

03 - Stir in chopped zucchini, bay leaves, fresh thyme sprigs or dried thyme, parsley stems, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Pour in water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes.
05 - Remove from heat and discard bay leaves, thyme sprigs, and parsley stems.
06 - Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed. If desired, stir in soy sauce or apple cider vinegar/lemon juice for added depth and brightness.
07 - Strain the broth for clarity or serve chunky with vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley leaves if desired.
