# Ingredient List:

01 - 4 large russet potatoes

02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon sea salt

# How to Prepare:

01 - Wash, peel (optional), and cut the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick fries.
02 - Soak the cut potatoes in cold water for 20–30 minutes to remove excess starch.
03 - Drain and thoroughly pat the fries dry with a clean towel.
04 - In a large bowl, toss the fries with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 380°F for 3 minutes.
06 - Arrange fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cooking in batches if needed.
07 - Air fry for 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until fries are golden and crispy.
08 - Immediately sprinkle with extra sea salt and serve hot.
