01 - Add milk, heavy cream, brewed coffee, cereal, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice cubes to blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and frothy, approximately 1-2 minutes.
03 - Pour mixture through fine mesh sieve into measuring cup to remove cereal pulp, then divide between two tall glasses.
04 - Top with whipped cream, additional cereal pieces, and sprinkle of ground cinnamon.
05 - Serve immediately with straws while cold and frothy.
