01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - In a large bowl, combine chicken, cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, and parsley.
03 - Add egg, Greek yogurt, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix until evenly incorporated.
04 - Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions, roll into balls, and place evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
05 - Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown and firm. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
