01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the brown sugar has dissolved.
02 - Cover the container tightly and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. This allows the oats to soften completely and absorb the liquid, creating a creamy, pudding-like texture.
03 - In the morning, stir the oats well. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk and stir to reach your desired consistency.
04 - Divide the chilled oats between two bowls or jars. Top with fresh berries, sliced banana, chopped nuts, and seeds as desired. Serve immediately while chilled.
