09 - 1/3 cup pure maple syrup or honey
10 - 1/2 cup milk, dairy or non-dairy
11 - 1/4 cup melted coconut oil or unsalted butter
12 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

# How to Prepare:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper for easy release.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, add oats, chopped nuts, dried fruit, shredded coconut, ground cinnamon, salt, and baking powder. Mix thoroughly to distribute the ingredients evenly.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup or honey, milk, melted coconut oil or unsalted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
04 - Pour the wet mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir gently with a spatula until just combined; do not overmix.
05 - Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Use a spatula to press down firmly to ensure an even, compact layer.
06 - Place in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is golden and set to the touch.
07 - Remove from oven and allow the pan to cool completely. Lift the bars out using the parchment handles and slice into 12 uniform portions.
